Scholarships are provided to women 25 years or older who are 2 years or less from finishing their bachelor's degrees.  One nominee per state is allowed, and candidates are nominated by the State Executive Committee.  Over its history since 1969, the Foundation has awarded more than $6 million in scholarships, grants, and loans to over 8,000 women seeking to improve their lives.
